Location
Premantura is located 10Km south of Pula, Istra, Croatia.
Villa Claudia is at the entry of Premantura, on the road that leads to Park Rt Kamenjak, the southern peninsula of Istra, a protected area with beautiful spots to swim and to enjoy outdoor life.
You can reach us from Pula simply following signs to Premantura. After the road sign of Premantura, at your left you'll see a little park with a fountain, at your right a small parking lot. Take the road at your right, Paredine, and go straight on until you see a yellow house on the left side, and trash cans on the right. Turn left and you'll see Villa Claudia just on the back of the yellow house.
From Villa Claudia you can go to the sea simply walking through a pine-wood for 5-6 minutes
Premantura offers many restaurants, pizzeria, bakeries, and small grocery shops for your daily convenience. If you want to do some more shopping, you may go to Pula, where you can also find malls and shopping centers.

General rules:
Price includes taxes and cleaning at your arrival and departure. Every apartment is equipped of TV, a complete kitchen with electric fires, oven, fridge and freezer. Apartment Beach has an air conditioner. Price include sheets, bath linen, blankets for the number of persons identified during the reservation. Baby bed and baby chair may be available upon request. Sorry, pets are not allowed in the house.
Price does NOT include regional tax (1 euro per person per day) and the registration tax (3.5 euro per person).
We accept only cash payment
During July and August the minimal permanence is one week.
On acceptance of the key and the entrance in the appartment the payment MUST be paid in FULL.

How to make reservation for 2021
If the apartment is available (please check on this site the availability - there is a link to the calendar on the bottom of every apartment page), the simplest way to make a reservation is to contact us via mail (preferred) or by phone.
If you write us via mail please give us your complete contact information and a brief description of the number of persons which will share the apartment.
As soon as we accept your reservation we'll mark the choosen days on the site as not available and we'll give you a feedback via the contact info provided.
